Returns & Exchanges

At FUGAZI, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
